Curriculum

The curriculum is based on the study of Arabic morphology (Sarf) as extracted from Dars-e-Nizami texts. The course begins with an introduction to morphology, explaining the fundamental structure of words, their formation, and classification. Students will explore root letters and their variations, learning how different patterns and derivatives shape meaning and function. As the course progresses, word inflection and modification will be examined in detail, allowing students to recognize linguistic patterns and apply them effectively. Assessments

The course includes weekly homework assignments, designed to help the instructor monitor student progress and comprehension, while also reinforcing key concepts for students. These assessments typically require about one hour of effort per week. Performance on these tasks will be considered for certification. Additionally, students are encouraged to independently work through the book exercises to further strengthen their concepts.
